  If I could give less than one star I would! I went I to replace my brake tag on today and I am appalled at the lack of customer service I received. In short, the inspector placed my tag diagonally on top of the left over adhesive from the previous tag. This made the tag look tacky on my vehicle. He even scrapped adhesive on my leg and onto the floor of my car. Now in hindsight, had he done his job properly and just removed the adhesive with adhesive remover before placing the new tag, I would have had no problem with the angle of the tag. I politely asked him if the tag could be moved to look better as I didn't know he had adhesive remover. He told me he would try and when he went lift the tag over the adhesive he created a small rip at the top of the tag that was even more tacky looking. I asked if it could be replaced as I did not pay for a ripped tag. His supervisor came out and rudely told me in order to get a new tag I was going to pay for another.
  
  I'm lost on why I would be responsible to pay for another tag when I did not cause the damage. Once I called the supervisor's supervisor, I assume he requested a photo be taken of the tag (which was very invasive to me as I did not give anyone permission to photograph my vehicle) and after I had waited for nearly 15mins I was told the supervisor saw nothing wrong with the tag and sent on my way. I do not understand why it was his opinion and not the opinion of myself, a paying citizen that mattered most. In the end, I decided to bite the bullet and pay for another tag so I would not have to keep adjusting the tag so that it didn't look so tacky. I'm very offended and feel violated by the fact that the processes of replacing my tag was recorded without any permission from me. I know this may not seem like a major issue to them, but I take pride in the appearance of my vehicle. More importantly, I would like some clarity as to why recording someone without their permission is an allowed practice.
