  Las Carnitas offers some seven tables in a simple setting. That's fine. Some of the best food comes at simple restaurants. Not here, though. My daughter ordered the Lomo Saltado - it was ok. The meat was tough. I ordered the tallerin saltado. It came swimming in a sauce. I've never seen that before at a restaurant in Peru. They were out of the chicha morada and the tallerin verde. The waitress mixed up our order. Peruvian food is amazing. Not here, though.
