  I asked for the smallest truck and they gave me the medium sized one so i was charged $10 more. I asked for a dolly and instead of telling me there was a $7 one on the truck they gave me another one and charged me $10 to use it. Ive never rented from uhaul before. I will not be going here again. I can just as easily take my business elsewhere next time.
